Anyone who has ever coupled thin wall hose knows that getting the hose to seal 100% is a challenge. With our new Cam and Groove couplings for layflat hose, this is no longer a worry. The cams feature a machined shank with dual gaskets that seal tightly when clamped.

 We have also expanded our water suction line with the addition of Saturn W. This hose does not have the low temperature capabilities of our blue Saturn but plays the role of a more economical water suction hose. It is also diverse enough to work well in air seeder applications. Along with our suction hose we have our Duraflex Rubber layflat hose developed specifically to compete with all the Oroflex imitation products in the market. Some highlights of new hose products include our LW Arctic Superflex Tank Truck hose that stays flexible to -65F. In addition to this cold temperature hose we have also added our Superflex PVC suction hose that stays flexible to -40F. On the warmer side, we have developed a HOT oil hose that is capable of conveying oil and glycol at temperatures up to 250F. For higher pressure applications we have upgraded our tank truck and petroleum discharge specifications to 250 psi. In air hose we are introducing our SGO - Super Green ORS. This air hose has an oil resistant tube and is rated at 400 psi.

Cam and groove couplings work great in industrial applications but have you ever thought about using them at home. We now offer garden hose thread cam and groove couplings for home use. Green in color with UV inhibitors, these cams are built rugged enough to handle all residential applications and most light duty industrial applications.
